• Vandalist accepts PayPal payments methods: through any methods provided by PayPal : credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances

• Payment in Vandalist store is made very safely, and the SSL encryption security system is applied to protect personal and payment information.

• Countries available for shipping : US / CA / UK / DE / FR / BE / SP 

• All orders from overseas will be shipped directly from our headquarters in South Korea once the order is confirmed.

• Delivery will begin within 24 hours via FedEx, and you will receive it within 3 working days unless something special happens.

• You will receive e-mail (FedEx tracking number) as soon as your parcel has shipped.

• After we receive the item, you will be refunded with a Vandalist gift card that you can use to make a purchase in the Vandalist store.

• If your refunds or exchanges is accepted via email confirmation, we will send you an email with a pick-up notification.

• For international refund, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) refunded, minus the refunds delivery fee. The original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

• Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Vandalist. Please reach out to your local customs agency in regards to a customs/duties refund.
  
• If we reasonably determine that a purchased product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through the use of a robot or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any such return, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee.

All Vandalist products are manufactured in South Korea.

- All Vandalist products are produced in South Korea, and the entire process, including design development, is carried out at Vandalist Studio under the direction of designer VANDAL (YANG, HEEMIN).

Some Dreamer label and shoe items are made to order, and descriptions are provided for each product.

Each shoe is made to order and handmade one-by-one by handcrafted shoemakers in South Korea, ensuring that our designs are of the highest quality.

Handmade shoes are completed and shipped on average 7-10 business days after the order is confirmed.

Once the order is confirmed, production begins and each piece is carefully crafted.

Made-to-order items take an average of 7 to 10 days(based on business days) to produce after order confirmation, and shipping begins after completion.

We will send you a notification email once shipping begins.

A more personal expression of designer vandal's philosophy and thoughts, the DREAMER label features runway designs.

The Dreamer line is made to order and meticulously crafted one-by-one in the Vandalist development room.

By registering an account, you can use the Vandalist Store more quickly and conveniently.

You can create an account by clicking Create Account and entering your name, email address, and password (5 characters or more).

Afterwards, an account verification email will be sent to the email address you registered with. Click on it to complete account registration and account activation.

VANDALIST membership registration (account registration) is completed by creating an account.

After this, you can easily check your membership level, address, order inquiry, order status, and cumulative order history in your account.
